| description | The aim of the research was to analyze the economic feasibility of ergonomic intervention programs of the security factor, loading and physical design in the career of Agricultural of ESPAM-MFL, for this we applied a method to assess the socio-economic impact. Stages I describes the current status of jobs through a check list that was aimed coordinators / technicians and workers of different units: phase thel consist of 4 steps of which the first two were applied to meet existing gaps in each one, then a matrix was designed to describe the causes and consequences of the problems encountered and estimate the magnitude of risk by weighting through kendall method by experts or knowledgeable about the situation. It was also necessary to apply the matrix method was made in order to evaluate the risk factors perceived by the company and employees; in stage II ergonomic improvement and an investment plan which detailing corrective action based on relevant problems in each risk factor and thus estimate the cost of these actions, thus contributing to increased the company´s productivity and improve the quality of working life in each of the jobs. Finally the results obtained from the competent authorities to the problem were socialized. |

Finally the results obtained from the competent authorities to the problem were socialized.El objetivo de la investigación fue analizar la factibilidad económica de los programas de intervención ergonómica del factor seguridad, carga y diseño físico en la carrera de Agrícola de la ESPAM-MFL, para esto se procedió a aplicar un procedimiento para valorar el impacto socio-económico, el mismo que consto de 4 etapas de las cuales se aplicaron las dos primeras: etapa I describir la situación actual de los puestos de trabajo mediante un check list que fue dirigido a los coordinadores/técnicos y trabajadores de las diferentes unidades con el objetivo de conocer las falencias existentes en cada una de ellas, posteriormente se diseñó una matriz para describir las causas y consecuencias de los problemas encontrados y de esta forma estimar la magnitud del riesgo mediante una ponderación a través del método Kendall realizada por expertos o conocedores de la situación, también fue necesario aplicar el método Matrix que se lo realizó con el fin de evaluar cuantitativamente los factores de riesgo percibidos por la empresa y por los empleados; en la etapa II se desarrolló un programa de mejora ergonómico y un plan de inversión que detalló las medidas correctivas en función de los problemas de mayor relevancia en cada factor de riesgo y así estimar el costo de estas acciones, contribuyendo de esta forma al incremento de la productividad de la empresa y a la mejora de la calidad de vida laboral en cada uno de los puestos de trabajo.
