الملخص:This research aimed to evaluate a microbial inoculum in the composting process with lingo celluloses materials. A substrate in C/N ratio 30:1 was used with pig manure adding peanut shell, using three treatments of the microbial inoculum of Trichoderma longibrachatium, Trichoderma harzianum and Bacillus sp., in a completely random design (CRD) with three replications. The treatments were: A1: 200ml/m3, A2: 300ml/m3, A3: 400ml/m3 and A4 without inoculum, the analysis of variance and Duncan test at 5% was also performed as well. During the composting process, the physical-chemical, microbiological and phytotoxic properties were evaluated. Microbiological analyses show that the presence of pathogenic microorganisms at the beginning of the process; however, these microbes levels decrease until the end of the experiment. The germination index used radish seed as an indicator of maturity showing higher than 50% obtaining a reduction of phytotoxic compounds; bromatological analyses show fiber in a range from 2 to 4%, the ash content was increased (A2 treatment with 2% higher) due to the mineralization of composting. A reduction was observed in the carbon/nitrogen ratio to the initial mixture due to biodegradation in all treatments.
