Once the shortcomings are known, an action plan will be processed applying the 5w + 1h matrix, generating strategies for La Hacienda El Okaso with the proposal of the processes that are most efficient and affected.La presente investigación se analizó en la Hacienda El Okaso en la que presenta la carencia de un sistema logístico generando riesgos en la comunicación de distribución, desperdicios, pérdida de tiempo en las distintas áreas, por lo es necesario estructurar un sistema que les permita ser competitivos, obtener ventajas sostenibles, reducción de costes y mejorar el ciclo de pedido-entrega. teniendo como objetivo general estructurar un sistema logístico para la Hacienda el Okaso que contribuya a la mejora de la productividad .Para su realización fue necesario la recopilación de información y análisis de fuentes bibliográficas que permitieron sustentar su validación de forma científica , seguidamente se realizó una visita de campo a la Hacienda El Okaso y así conocer cada uno de los procesos mediante la observación y la aplicación de una ficha de caracterización aplicada a la secretaria de la Hacienda, empleando el ciclo PHVA. Posteriormente se desarrolló y aplicó una entrevista que permitió obtener información cuantitativa y cualitativa de la Hacienda el Okaso mediante la información adquirida se aplicó un checklist con la finalidad de encontrar lasfalencias que ocurren en cada uno de los procesos, además se realizó una correlación permitiendo conocer el grado de relación de las variables.
