Consequently, the application of the analysis tools pestel, swot, vrio, porter and the execution of the eight p´s of international marketing was carried out, in which it was identified that it has strengths and business opportunities in accordance with the multiparty agreement between Ecuador and the European Union that efficiently favor the internationalization of the product. Through the evaluation carried out in the leopold matrix, it was possible to analyze that the activities do not generate major problems that cause environmental contamination. In addition, it was essential to know the requirements and demands that JORGE FRUIT must meet to export pitahaya to the Netherlands and that he must have an exporter RUC, as well as be registered on the ECUAPASS page for an effective process. Subsequently, it was necessary to carry out an economic-financial study where it was determined that the project is profitable, due to its net present value, internal rate of return are positive and its investment is recovered after two years and eight months. Finally, once the business plan for export was designed, the structuring was carried out with the relevant and consistent and consistent data that will serve as a guiding tool to achieve the export. |

Para su elaboración, se desarrolló la parte metodológica del proyecto, donde fue importante segmentar el mercado y realizar una entrevista al dueño para determinar cómo se encuentra en relación al mercado actual. Consecuentemente, se realizó la aplicación de las herramientas de análisis pestel, foda, vrio, porter y la ejecución de las ocho p´s del marketing internacional en el que se identificó que cuenta con fortalezas y oportunidades de negocios conforme al acuerdo de multiparte entre Ecuador y la Unión Europea que favorecen eficientemente la internacionalización del producto. Mediante la evaluación realizada en la matriz leopold se logró analizar que las actividades no generan problemas mayores que provocan contaminación ambiental. Además, fue indispensable conocer los requisitos y exigencias que JORGE FRUIT debe cumplir para exportar la pitahaya a Holanda y que deberá contar con un RUC de exportador, así como estar registrado en la página de ECUAPASS para un efectivo proceso. Posteriormente, fue necesario realizar un estudio económico-financiero donde se determinó que el proyecto tiene rentabilidad, por su valor presente neto, tasa interna de retorno son positivos y su inversión es recuperada a partir de los dos años y ocho meses.
