Incidencia económica y social de la ejecución presupuestaria en el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado parroquial rural de Bachillero periodos 2009 - 2013

The purpose of this research was to analyze the economic and social impact generated by the budget execution in the Decentralized Autonomous Government of the rural parish of Bachillero (GADPR) during the periods 2009-2013. Scientific field research, historical and descriptive methods were used to gather the information helping to fulfill the activities raised in the investigation. It was used as a comparative matrix technique, which helped determine compliance with the budget, which took an average of 52,84% level, also through the implementation of the survey addressed to the inhabitants of Bachillero data were tabulated in the SPSS software and was represented by statistical bar graphs and for sectors that were performed in Microsoft Excel projecting reliable results, where it was established that the socio-economic effect in relation to construction works was in a high degree of satisfaction at 50.9%, the greatest social benefit received during these years was the service of garbage collection that presents an index of social impact at 59%, the community of Bachillero said that this service is permanently in the parish and in communities; to comply with the last objective the results were socialize to members and parish Government officials who expressed that these results will be taken into account for future investments and will serve to make correct decision.
