Based on the results obtained in the performance tests, a comparative table was made between the time that certain tasks have been carried out with the system and without it, which showed that the system will provide a significant reduction in time, efficiency and immediacy in activities that the department and the associations carry out. In addition, how beneficial it will be for the institution. |

In addition, how beneficial it will be for the institution.El presente trabajo de titulación tuvo como objetivo desarrollar un sistema web para gestionar los créditos que se realizan en la AETPAM - APEPAM y los descuentos en el rol de pago de los servidores públicos para la Dirección de Talento Humano de la ESPAM-MFL, con el fin de cumplir dicho propósito se hizo uso de la metodología de desarrollo ágil Programación Extrema (XP), que al contar con cuatro fases (planeación, diseño, codificación y pruebas) permitió que el trabajo en equipo se realizará de manera colaborativa y eficaz; en la fase de planeación se efectuó la recolección de datos para determinar las principales necesidades que debían ser solventadas, en la fase de diseño se realizaron las interfaces de acuerdo con los requisitos del sistema, en la fase de codificación se desarrolló la respectiva programación de cada uno de los módulos empleando herramientas informáticas como lo son Visual Studio, ASP.NET y SQL Server y en la fase de pruebas se hizo la respectiva comprobación del correcto funcionamiento del sistema a través de pruebas unitarias y de caja negra. Basándose en los resultados obtenidos en los tests de rendimiento se realizó un cuadro comparativo entre el tiempo que se lleva efectuando ciertas tareas con el sistema y sin él, donde se demostró que el sistema proporcionará una significativa reducción de tiempo, eficiencia e inmediatez en las actividades que el departamento y las asociaciones realizan.
