The results of the control group are 6.82 in variable pain, a value of 28.28 rpm in respiratory rate, 105.09 bpm in heart rate and 2.14 % of inflammation, feed intake 357,69 g. These results demonstrate that the post-surgical music therapy positively influences the patient's recovery to have a highly significant difference in reducing pain and healing time. |

These results demonstrate that the post-surgical music therapy positively influences the patient's recovery to have a highly significant difference in reducing pain and healing time.Esta investigación se realizó en la clínica de la ESPAM-MFL, en la cual se evaluó la implementación de musicoterapia como tratamiento coadyuvante en la recuperación post quirúrgica, se utilizaron 20 perras mestizas sometidas a ovariosalpingohisterectomia con un peso promedio de 14 kg , 10 recibieron músicoterapia y las 10 restantes sin musicoterapia, como indicadores se usaron: la medición del dolor por medio de la escala modificada de Melbourne y Glasgow, frecuencia cardiaca y respiratoria, ganancia de peso, consumo de alimento y tiempo de cicatrización a los grupos tratamiento y testigo. Las perras recibieron una alimentación igual para ambos tratamientos en donde se administró el alimento cada 6 horas. Los tratamientos tuvieron una duración de 7 días en cada unidad experimental, se realizó un diseño de comparación de grupos. Por lo consiguiente se obtuvo los resultados descritos a continuación en el grupo tratamiento: 1,49 en la variable del dolor, un valor de 20,85 rpm en la frecuencia respiratoria, 103,35 lpm en frecuencia cardiaca y 1,98% de inflamación en lo concerniente al estado somático de la piel, consumo de alimento 402,66 g. Los resultados del grupo testigo son de 6,82 en la variable del dolor, un valor de 28,28 rpm en la frecuencia respiratoria, 105,09 lpm en frecuencia cardiaca y 2,14 % de inflamación, consumo de alimento 357,69 g.
