Impacto socioeconómico de la ejecución presupuestaria en el gobierno autónomo descentralizado parroquial rural de Convento periodos 2014-2017

The main objective of this research was to evaluate the socioeconomic impact generated by the budgetary execution of the investment expenditure of the Autonomous Decentralized parochial Rural Government of the Convent 2014-2017 to improve its management. To obtain the information, the inductive, deductive and analytical method was used, which contributed to fulfill the activities proposed in said investigation. In this inquiry it was essential to apply financial indicators of budget execution, which showed an average of 60.22%, the observation form, the survey and the interview were also used as a technique, which allowed corroborating data on budget execution of expenditures of investment, through the application of the survey addressed to the inhabitants of Convento, relevant information was certified, the data obtained was tabulated and represented by statistical graphs, reflecting reliable results, and it was possible to specify that the socioeconomic impact with respect to the construction of works in infrastructure it was 63% the inhabitants of Convento parish expressed their acceptability with the improvements granted by the administration in these periods, although they consider that they should continue working to implement more public works in this place; in order to comply with the last objective, we proceeded to socialize the results obtained to the members and officials of the Parish Government, who indicated that these results will be taken into account for future investments made in the parish.
