Resumo:The objective of this project was to design standards for evaluating staff performance parish Decentralized Autonomous Government Canuto. In it the inductive, deductive, and analytical methods were used to collect information and technical interview. This proposal consisted of three phases; first diagnosed jobs through the interview and the information that was requested from the president of GAD Canuto. Then job profiles were established for this purpose a template that included items designed: identification data, knowledge, experience, activities, training, skills (technical and behavioral), expected results and objectives of the position. From described above we proceeded to design legislation, which includes guidelines necessary for the implementation of the evaluation process within the institution; It extends from the instrument to be used until the qualification and results. Finally the proposal socialized. In the end it was concluded that this seeks the constant improvement of the human talent of the institution. However compliance with the guidelines established in relevant laws and consolidation of job profiles is recommended, to help future contracts.
