Recuperación de muestras de aguas mediante microorganismos y plantas acuáticas del acuífero salino del sitio Correagua-Manabí

The present research aimed to get water samples by microorganisms (Bioremediation) and aquatic plants (Phytoremediation) in a saline aquifer. (ACD) 7 treatments + control and 5 replicates described below: T1= Azolla caroliniana Willd + LBS (Lactobacillus acidofilus, Bacillos acidoláctico, Saccharomy...

Achoimre:The present research aimed to get water samples by microorganisms (Bioremediation) and aquatic plants (Phytoremediation) in a saline aquifer. (ACD) 7 treatments + control and 5 replicates described below: T1= Azolla caroliniana Willd + LBS (Lactobacillus acidofilus, Bacillos acidoláctico, Saccharomyces cerevisiae); T2= A. caroliniana Willd + Trichoderma harzianun; T3= A. caroliniana Willd + LBS + T. harzianun; T4= Lemma minor + LBS; T5= L. minor + T. harzianun; T6= L. minor + LBS + T. harzianun; T7= A. caroliniana Willd + L. minor + LBS + T. harzianun; the variables such pH, electrical conductivity (EC) and salinity over a period of 5 weeks (0-7-14-21-28-35 days) were evaluated with respect to the control. It was possible to determine the best treatment using the Tukey test (0.05) performed in the statistical software infoStat version 2008 with the obtained results. The best results were presented after 21 days, whit T6 being the most effective, decreasing the pH from 8,18 to 7,86; EC from 3,90 to 1,71dS/m; and the salinity from 2,50 to 1,09g/dm3, this treatment is not the least cost ($ 346.00) to apply it in 1 hectare to 8 cm of water depth, but if it is acceptable compared to the other treatments studied
