| Summary: | The objective of this research was to evaluate the organizational culture and its impact on knowledge management in the company APRONAM S.A. in Chone canton, the procedure was contemplated with the development of three phases, the first consisted of the evaluation instruments application for the variables under study, these instruments were previously validated and were made up as follows; for organizational culture, an instrument validated in the microenterprise context in 2022 was used, oriented towards social and sustainable development, working with the dimensions of planning, leadership and well-being. On the other hand, the instrument that was applied to evaluate knowledge management, was created with the addressing in a context of SMEs, with the purpose of measuring the level of knowledge management of these organizations. This instrument is based on the SECI knowledge model (socialization, externalization, combination and internalization), proposed by Nonaka and Hirotaka Takeuchi (1995), to determine the construct validity in the context of application, the instruments were evaluated with Cronbach's Alpha, obtaining 0.8338 for organizational culture and 0.9744 for knowledge management; as good and excellent reliability. Later, in the second phase of correlation, a weak positive relationship was identified between both variables, highlighting that internally the dimensions are strongly related. Finally, the problems are selected through the Ishikagua diagram and the proposal of an integrated management model for both variables under study is presented. |
