Aplicación de Sistemas Administrativos para el Manejo de Cajas de Ahorro y Crédito en la zona rural del Cantón Tosagua

This is a graduation thesis that has been prepared by Mora Faubla Mariela del Carmen and Quiroz Albán Angela Trinidad, who will obtain the title of Engineer in Public Administration in accordance with REGULATIONS FOR THE ELABORATION OF THESIS OF DEGREE OF THIRD LEVEL of the Polytechnic School Agriculture of Manabí Manuel Félix López (ESPAM MFL). The document has been made under the supervision of Mr. Francisco Velasquez. The thesis topic is "APPLICATION OF ADMINISTRATIVE SYSTEMS FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF SAVINGS AND CREDIT BOXES IN THE RURAL AREA OF CANTÓN TOSAGUA" and has been developed in five chapters and an appendix of bibliography and appendices. In chapter one, it was the appropriate introduction, the approach and formulation of the problem, objectives, and justification. In chapter two, it was the description of the general aspects of the canton Tosagua. In chapter three, it was Implementation of the Savings and Loan, the organization, elements, forms of organization, the type of research, Socialization, administrative organization of each community, mission, vision, objetives, securities, the interest to apply the various products that have been created, the organizational and human and material resources and equipment. In chapter four, as detailed in the same general results were analyzed using a survey of the 42 presidents of each of the participating communities. In chapter five were made different conclusions and recommendations, bibliography an appendices with which led to the development of this thesis.
