Summary:The objective of this research was to conduct a study of the work environment and job satisfaction of teachers of the Agroindustrial career of ESPFL MFL, for which methods such as inductive and deductive were used that allowed a guideline to research, besides implementing field and bibliographical research, to consecutively apply as an initial technique an interview to verify and socialize the problem with career direction; Later, for the elaboration of the survey, a questionnaire was adapted by experts that was extracted from the bibliographic research, which indicated that this diagnostic instrument was reliable, thus making its application to the total population of the career, which allowed by means of the tabulation of the results identify problems in the activities that teachers perform as teaching, research, linkage and management, as well as in the infrastructure of the same, each of these problems cause dissatisfaction in the teaching staff, for this reason a plan was proposed and socialized of improvement that contains the actions, the objectives, those responsible and the time of compliance to contribute to the satisfaction, and the work environment of the teachers.
