| Zusammenfassung: | The objective of the research was to diagnose the variables that influence the Organizational Climate of the Agroindustrial Workshops of the ESPAM-MFL, located in Bolívar-Manabí. The study had a qualitative and quantitative approach, of non-experimental type, the methodology was based on consensus and diagnostic techniques: Delphi, Kendall, prioritization matrix, interviews and surveys; that guaranteed the level of expertise of the team of experts as the reliability and validity of the variables. The population was constituted by the 11 people who work in the different areas. Through the situational assessment, it was determined that the dimensions of teamwork, leadership and communication have an impact on good organizational performance, based on this a diagnostic tool was developed consisting of 59 items with the purpose of knowing the behaviors that are manifested in the unit. of work. The results report 29 strengths and 30 weaknesses within these vital problems are mainly due to 22 criteria, in general terms the teamwork dimension weighs a percentage of 77.51%, the leadership with 76.90%; while the communication dimension shows 77.27%. It is concluded that in order to achieve optimal organizational performance, those determining factors that cause significant effects in the work environment must be improved; The solution is in the monitoring, monitoring and control of the specific actions of the improvement plan that allow knowing the degree of compliance with the proposed activities, contributing to the good development of the organizational climate to achieve the goals set. |
