| Summary: | This research had as objective design a system of administrative management focused on human talent to the company LACYCON in the city of Portoviejo located at km 1 via a blanket, which began with an interview with the general manager to which it was proved the failure of a management system, then proceeded to carry out a survey directed to all employees (23) with the intention of knowing as they entered to work on that entity obtaining as a result 100 got the job by recommendations of third parties, also could be detected that they are not subjected to evaluations but however if they trained them when given the chance by educational institutions, this study allowed to view that does not exist in the company an order hierarchical in organization of command for what will design the above-mentioned system which contributes to establish requirements to recruit and select the staff according to the competencies as a jobs needs, also settled valuation and training with this processes to identify and mitigate the shortcomings found, more effective results, carefully which details the activities to execute each worker and developed the structural organization of the company making that workers have a defined function and thus increase the working efficiency. |
