Summary:The purpose of this work was to diagnose the use of the EducarEcuador virtual platform, from the teachers’ point of view, who work in fiscal educational institutions of Calceta city, with the purpose of proposing a plan of help for the optimum use of this system. Within this exploration data were collected which allowed to carry out a statistical analysis. For this development, the market research methodology was used, which consists of seven phases: the formulation of the problem, in which the objective to be studied is defined; determination of the design, from which the exploratory one was selected; preparation, where the necessary information was collected to carry out the design of the questionnaire; Fieldwork, in which the planning for the application of the data sheet was carried out; information processing, which consisted of the revision and codification of each of the tabs in order to verify that the information is correct and, make a database to store the information; Finally, the respective statistical analyzes and the writing of the report were carried out. As results it was obtained that a large number of teachers handles computational tools at a medium-high level, while the specific management of the platform is high; An analysis of the management between the computer and the platform resulted in efficient use of the portal associated with a high skill in the computer.
