Within this exploration data were collected which allowed to carry out a statistical analysis. For this development, the market research methodology was used, which consists of seven phases: the formulation of the problem, in which the objective to be studied is defined; determination of the design, from which the exploratory one was selected; preparation, where the necessary information was collected to carry out the design of the questionnaire; Fieldwork, in which the planning for the application of the data sheet was carried out; information processing, which consisted of the revision and codification of each of the tabs in order to verify that the information is correct and, make a database to store the information; Finally, the respective statistical analyzes and the writing of the report were carried out. As results it was obtained that a large number of teachers handles computational tools at a medium-high level, while the specific management of the platform is high; An analysis of the management between the computer and the platform resulted in efficient use of the portal associated with a high skill in the computer. |

As results it was obtained that a large number of teachers handles computational tools at a medium-high level, while the specific management of the platform is high; An analysis of the management between the computer and the platform resulted in efficient use of the portal associated with a high skill in the computer.El propósito de este trabajo, ha sido diagnosticar el uso de la plataforma virtual EducarEcuador, desde el punto de vista de los docentes, pertenecientes a las instituciones educativas fiscales de la ciudad de Calceta, con la finalidad de proponer un plan de ayuda para el uso óptimo de este sistema. Dentro de esta exploración se recopilaron datos que permitieron realizar un análisis estadístico. Para el desarrollo, se utilizó la metodología de investigación de mercados, la cual consta de siete fases: la formulación del problema, en la cual se define el objetivo a estudiar; determinación del diseño, del cual se seleccionó el exploratorio; preparación, donde se recolectó la información necesaria para realizar el diseño del cuestionario; trabajo de campo, en la que se realizó la planificación para la aplicación de la ficha; procesamiento de información, que consistió en la revisión y codificación de cada una de las fichas para verificar que la información éste correcta y, realizar una base de datos para almacenar la información; finalmente se realizaron los análisis estadísticos respectivos y, la escritura del informe.
