סיכום:In a competitive environment where strategic planning, the use of opportunities and the creation of differentiating elements can constitute a solid base for business sustainability, good administration, distribution of timely responsibilities, teamwork and co-responsibility, these elements are the basis for achieving good performance organizational The present study sought to evaluate the organizational behavior of the dairy company REYVER SA, using variables sectioned at the individual level (motivation and productivity), group level (teamwork and communication) and organizational level (conflicts), selected by a group of experts by consensus of the 100% in relation to the 32 variables initially established. The process required, the characterization of the organization, identification of employees and training based on the requirements of the study. Then, the tool was structured by selecting the group of experts selected with a high competence coefficient, applying the Delphi technique and an analytical-synthetic methodology that allowed defining the indicators contained in the five purified variables by professionals. After that, the survey was applied, generating results and the diagnosis determined the shortcomings that affect the three dimensions of the CO; consequently, the most viable way to optimize the workforce was identified through the improvement plan, finding results that affect the processes related to the establishment and execution of policies for work incentives, teamwork, two-way communication processes, planning meetings and design of improving performance strategies.
