要約:The objective of the research was to evaluate the extraction methods (percolation and maceration) through the performance of the plant extracts obtained from the stems and leaves of three wild plants (Petiveria alliacea, Plectranthus amboinicus, Plantago major), in order to identify the main compounds present in the extracts obtained. A completely Random design (DCA) was applied in a factorial arrangement of AxBxC with three study factors: Factor A extraction methods, factor B types of plants and factor C parts of the plants, from the mixture of said factors 12 treatments resulted. According to the results obtained in terms of the yields of aqueous extracts, a significant difference was obtained in factor b (types of plants), thus the level b1 skunk and b3 French oregano who affected the yield of the extracts. In thin layer chromatography it was evidenced that the treatment factor presented a significant difference, thus obtaining treatment 6 and treatment 7 the greatest amount of bioactive compounds, finally in high efficiency liquid chromatography through mass spectra the presence of flavonoids such as apigenin, luteolin, flavones, among others.
