Summary: | The objective of this research was to conduct a socio-economic impact study that generates services Infocentros in the northern center of the province of Manabí area, for which the interview was applied to employees and authorities in order to know the services provided and the current situation of the institution, the user survey is used by the elaborate indicators and socioeconomic impact study is made on the analysis performed previously, these were gender, age, civil, level of study, economic occupation, frequency of service usage, service satisfaction, activities carried out in the institution, training, improving their social and economic situation of the community, negative aspects of the impact that such Infocentros identified as that trainings are not constant and should be more accessible to different groups of participants should be strengthened strategic alliances with other institutions, there is little knowledge about the efficient use of human and technical resources, and a whole community in general is not sensitized with regard to services, therefore proposed and socialize strategies to improve service in five aspects community awareness, strategic partnerships, training, use of information technology and communication, efficient use of human resources , efficient use of technical resources, in order that the institution generates greater impact. |
