Резюме:This study was carried out in the Junín Cantonal Decentralized Autonomous Government with the objective of analyzing the labor inclusion of people with disabilities in public administration, to improve the conditions of equal opportunities for this vulnerable group. The research was of a non-experimental descriptive type, using inductive, deductive, analytical and synthetic methods, with the implementation of the interview and survey based on the Likert scale as data collection techniques. It was developed in three stages: in the first, the socio-employment situation of people with disabilities who work in this institution was identified. In the second stage, the level of satisfaction of inclusion around work and job insecurity factors was established, and with the third stage, the action plan was developed in favor of the labor inclusion of people with disabilities. The results revealed that there are social barriers that hinder the access of people with disabilities to job opportunities and limit their professional development. In addition, a breach of the laws and regulations related to equal employment opportunities for people with disabilities. Finally, the job dissatisfaction of these people, due to the lack of recognition and appreciation of their skills and contributions by the staff. The conclusions and recommendations highlight the need to properly implement the action plan in order to promote the full labor inclusion of people with disabilities in the Public Administration of the Municipality in Junín.
