Circuito gastronómico para la preservación y fortalecimiento de la identidad cultural en la provincia de Manabí

This work aimed at the design of a gastronomic tourism circuit for the preservation and strengthening of cultural identity in the province of Manabí. For that it was necessary to carry out the procedure regarding the approach of the investigation and the theoretical foundation. There are four objectives that comprise the whole process, a diagnosis of natural, cultural and productive resources was made through a review and organization of information available from synthetic analytical method and scientific observation, using tools such as inventory Tourist attractions and the DAFO matrix was able to characterize in general the pertinent aspects. Then a market study was developed in which they were raised to the interview and survey to be able to obtain a characterization of supply and demand respectively. Based on the results of the previous points, the circuit was structured, proposing the territorial delimitation and information of the tourist attractions taking as reference the descriptive method. The same method was also the basis for establishing the strategy of dissemination and marketing of the circuit, within this objective the basic thing was to design a general image, a blog and Facebook page whose purpose is to share information and thereby achieve publicity, Tools used were wordpress and social networks. The final result of the research involves a tourism alternative that takes into account the natural and cultural heritage as transcendental elements to contribute to the sustainable development of the province.
