Aplicación Web de consultas en línea de valores prediales en el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal del Cantón Junín

The present systematization carried out prior to obtaining the degree in Computer Science, consisted in the development of a web application of online consultations of property values in the Municipal GAD Junin, in order to facilitate this very significant process for users. For this, it was necessary to know the processes that were carried out within the Department of Revenue and ICT, since through an analysis it was verified that said processes were carried out manually; for this reason, the elaboration of the web application of consultations helped considerably both the employees of the institution and the clients of the same. In order to comply with the stated objectives, it was necessary to apply methods such as inductive-deductive, because they allowed observing and finding out how the consultation processes in this Municipal GAD were carried out. The MIDAS methodology was also used to carry out the web application in phases, facilitating its understanding and obtaining adequate control in said software. As well as, techniques and instruments such as field observation and interview were also used, which allowed us to obtain exact, reliable data and qualify the existing availability to carry out the research, development, and implementation of this work without any inconvenience. Tools were used to develop software such as PHP, SQL among others, and once the software was completed, the necessary tests were carried out to verify the correct operation of the application, obtaining as a result the systematization of the processes of consultation of property values.
