| description | The present systematization carried out prior to obtaining the degree in Computer Science, consisted in the development of a web application of online consultations of property values in the Municipal GAD Junin, in order to facilitate this very significant process for users. For this, it was necessary to know the processes that were carried out within the Department of Revenue and ICT, since through an analysis it was verified that said processes were carried out manually; for this reason, the elaboration of the web application of consultations helped considerably both the employees of the institution and the clients of the same. In order to comply with the stated objectives, it was necessary to apply methods such as inductive-deductive, because they allowed observing and finding out how the consultation processes in this Municipal GAD were carried out. The MIDAS methodology was also used to carry out the web application in phases, facilitating its understanding and obtaining adequate control in said software. As well as, techniques and instruments such as field observation and interview were also used, which allowed us to obtain exact, reliable data and qualify the existing availability to carry out the research, development, and implementation of this work without any inconvenience. Tools were used to develop software such as PHP, SQL among others, and once the software was completed, the necessary tests were carried out to verify the correct operation of the application, obtaining as a result the systematization of the processes of consultation of property values. |

Tools were used to develop software such as PHP, SQL among others, and once the software was completed, the necessary tests were carried out to verify the correct operation of the application, obtaining as a result the systematization of the processes of consultation of property values.La presente sistematización realizada previa la obtención del título de Ingeniero en informática, consistió en el desarrollo de una aplicación web de consultas en línea de valores prediales en el GAD Municipal Junín, con el fin de facilitar este proceso muy significativo para los usuarios. Para esto, fue necesario conocer los procesos que se realizaban dentro del departamento de Recaudación y TIC, puesto que a través de un análisis se verificó que dichos procesos eran realizados de forma manual; razón por la cual, la elaboración de la aplicación web de consultas ayudó considerablemente tanto a los empleados de la institución como los clientes de la misma. Para cumplir con los objetivos planteados, fue necesario aplicar métodos como el inductivo-deductivo, debido a que éstos permitieron observar y averiguar cómo se realizaban los procesos de consulta en éste GAD Municipal. También se utilizó la metodología MIDAS para realizar la aplicación web por fases facilitando su comprensión y obtener un control adecuado en dicho software. Así como, también fueron utilizadas técnicas e instrumentos como la observación de campo y la entrevista, las mismas que permitieron obtener datos exactos, confiables y calificar la disponibilidad existente para realizar la investigación, desarrollo, e implementación del presente trabajo sin ningún inconveniente.
