The following tools were used in the development of the work: interview and survey that was addressed to the managers or owners responsible for the Manabitan MIPYMES, being a total of 24 surveyed and interviewed (16 micro, 6 medium and 2 small business legally registered as MIPYMES in the Ministry of industries and productivity (MIPRO) located in El Carmen, Pedernales, Chone, Junín and Bolívar. The questions discussed were: years of operation, type of organization, composition of capital, current state of the company, holding and quality of public services, operation and marketing, human resources, financial information, what has been its growth since its creation and in what have improved to reach excellence and providing products or services of high quality to the community in general. Is notable for the large percentage of MIPYMES that are facing a series of obstacles that restrains their development, so most Latin American countries are more interested in the topic each day.
