Add Tag | Summary: | The present study aimed to develop a system transaction processing web travel Transport Cooperative "Carlos Alberto Aray" of Ecuador, to streamline the functions related to sales activities and ticket booking, parcel traveling and distribution of each units transport. It was of vital importance to analyze the processes that are performed manually in the institution, and applied knowledge of the PHP platform 5.3.5. version. For the development of the database was used MySQL Workbench 5.2 CE software, in this application was necessary to use the inductive-deductive method, which allowed visualization of the same problems they had in the institution. We also used the MIDAS model computational method that was used to determine system requirements, user interfaces, the definition of the database, culminating with the functionality and system check. With the staff working in the Cooperative tested system functionality, concluding that the processes were improved by 95% and customer satisfaction by 98%. |
