Riassunto:The following work is based on the evaluation of cooperative performance variables with a focus on good living in the province of Los Ríos, which consisted of three methodological phases, in the first phase a detailed analysis of the variables of cooperative performance Savings, credit and production. In the second phase it was necessary to prepare a proposal for the necessary evaluation tool, in this case the surveys and interviews that were applied to the different savings, credit and production cooperatives in the province of Los Ríos. For the third phase, an improvement plan was proposed, choosing in a detailed way the results obtained from the proposed tool, preferentially addressing the variables whose values were perceived as not adequate to an optimal performance level, with these data the proposal was made Of the plan of improvements whose purpose is to enhance the social performance of these, to achieve Good Living. It was evidenced that in the production cooperatives the principles of education, training and information and commitment to the environment obtained close to the average values (2,50 and 3,15) respectively, while in the savings and credit principles the principles of association Voluntary, equitable and respect for cultural identity require improvement actions obtaining a score of 2.10.
