Software de facturación en la administración de las unidades de producción de la escuela superior politécnica agropecuaria de Manabí Manuel Félix López.

In order to speed up the processes of billing in the administration of production units created software called sfactu-Pol. For the purpose it was necessary to know the processes executed in this Department, through a diagnosis with which it was determined that these were performed manually, which is why the creation of the aforementioned computer system served to the people who work in the administration of units of production and the clients of the same. Inductive-deductive scientific research methods, which allowed observing and detecting how billing processes were taken by this unit is used. Tools and techniques such as interviews and observation, which were very useful in time to meet the objectives set were also implemented. The authors considered necessary to use the method of software engineering XP Extreme Programming that allows the use of prototypes helping to meet the requirements of the client. Used development tools software of last generation such as Visual Basic 2010 Ultimate and Microsoft SQL server 2008. Subsequently tested for validation through interview directed staff that corroborated that the software was created to meet the requirements and tests for times of processes which confirmed the same optimization in the administration of the units of production of the Escuela Superior Politecnica Agropecuaria De Manabí Manuel Félix López.
