סיכום:The present research aimed to analyze the impact that organizational communication exerts on the public servants of the joint municipal public drinking water company of the Tosagua and Junín cantons for the improvement of job satisfaction. In order to carry out the investigation, an interview was carried out with the general manager where it was possible to know the current situation of organizational communication of all the personnel who work in the different areas of the institution. Similarly, the survey was applied to 17 public servants from the two cantons of Tosagua and Junín, whose relevant results indicated that; 71% of the evaluations are not constantly carried out on internal job satisfaction and organizational communication, in addition 59% pointed out that communication channels are deficient, also 47% stated that there is little trust among the staff working in the company. At the end of the investigation, it was concluded that it is important for the institution to establish a more effective communication plan to mitigate these problems that directly affect all staff.
