Outlining, a bibliographic review was applied to identify the techniques or indicators to measure the functioning of the critical success factors within the scope of the productive management of the dairy retail sector, using media such as scientific articles, books, and reliable electronic documents between others, then proceeded to make the selection of the relevant techniques of each of the decision areas for improvement in productive management, which reflects that for the PROCESS factor was selected the following techniques (process map, process cards, flowchart), HUMAN RESOURCES (analysis and design of posts), CAPACITY (proportional method), INVENTORY (MRP- Material Requirements Program) and for QUALITY (Risk analysis systems and critical control points). Concluding with the respective application of the selected techniques or indicators in the respective decision areas, it is evident that these critical factors of success contribute to the productive management of the dairy sector of Bolívar canton, which farmers who work in this sector do so in a conventional manner without theoretical or scientific foundations, that allow them to determine their net profits and the recovery of the investment executed in said work. Finally, the application of the management instruments was presented to the people who incur in this sector for its progress. |

Finally, the application of the management instruments was presented to the people who incur in this sector for its progress.La investigación tuvo como objetivo primordial la aplicación de instrumentos de gestión al sector minorista lácteo del cantón Bolívar, permitiendo una contribución a la mejora productiva dentro del sector. Esquematizando, se aplicó una revisión bibliográfica para la identificación de las técnicas o indicadores para medir el funcionamiento de los factores críticos de éxito dentro del ámbito en la gestión productiva del sector minorista lácteo, recurriendo a medios como artículos científicos, libros, documentos electrónicos confiables entre otras, posteriormente se procedió a efectuar la selección de las técnicas pertinentes de cada una de las áreas de decisión para la mejora en la gestión productiva, el cual reflejo que para el factor PROCESO se seleccionó las siguientes técnicas (mapa de procesos, fichas de procesos, diagrama de flujo), RECURSOS HUMANOS (análisis y diseño de puestos), CAPACIDAD (método proporcional), INVENTARIO ( MRP - Programa de requerimiento de materiales) y para CALIDAD (Sistemas de análisis de riesgos y puntos críticos de control). Concluyendo con la respectiva aplicación de las técnicas o indicadores seleccionados en las respectivas áreas de decisiones evidencio que dichos factores críticos de éxito contribuyen en la gestión productiva del sector lácteo del cantón Bolívar, que los ganaderos que laboran en este sector lo hacen de manera convencional, sin fundamentos teóricos ni científicos, que les permitan determinar sus utilidades netas y la recuperación de la inversión ejecutada en dicho labor.
