Evaluación de la gestión administrativa del GAD Parroquial Ángel Pedro Giler del Cantón Tosagua 2014-2017

The present research was carried out with the objective of evaluating the quality of the administrative management service of the Angel Pedro Giler Parish GAD of the Tosagua canton during the 2014/2017 period. Starting from the analysis of the theoretical framework, various scientific theories of authors were taken, also They applied various empirical methodologies, as well as theoretical and statistical methodologies, through which the evaluation could be carried out, as well as methods such as deductive, inductive and descriptive, which allowed obtaining the necessary information to meet the stated objectives. To diagnose the quality of the service on the Administrative Management of this institution, an interview with the president of the parish GAD was used as tools, to inquire about the current situation of administrative management, a survey of the research sample to know what its perception on the administration and an analysis of the budget execution of this period. As part of the investigation, the budgetary execution was analyzed through the application of budgetary indicators that allowed to statistically analyze the level of performance of the expenses and income of the GAD of the mentioned period, this information led to comparing the years 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017, the results of which revealed that parish GAD has a large percentage of financial dependence, does not generate its own resources and does not have the capacity to pay current expenses, for these reasons this institution makes agreements with provincial and cantonal GAD to meet the needs and requirements of community
