Lägg till en tagg | Sammanfattning: | The objective of the research was "To carry out a study of job performance in the Revenue department of the Autonomous Decentralized Municipal Government in Tosagua canton to identify deficiencies and propose an improvement plan”. For the detection of the existing problems in the Revenue department, information collection instruments were applied, such as the interview, participant observation and application of a survey to the personnel working in the Autonomous Decentralized Municipal Government in Tosagua canton; it was possible to identify four shortcomings, evaluating them at a low, medium and high level. The work environment is one of the deficiencies found with a high incidence rate of 83%, the scarce training and designated activities are at a medium incidence level. |
