For the detection of the existing problems in the Revenue department, information collection instruments were applied, such as the interview, participant observation and application of a survey to the personnel working in the Autonomous Decentralized Municipal Government in Tosagua canton; it was possible to identify four shortcomings, evaluating them at a low, medium and high level. The work environment is one of the deficiencies found with a high incidence rate of 83%, the scarce training and designated activities are at a medium incidence level. |
