Yhteenveto: | The present study was developed with the objective of evaluating the administrative management in the areas of Technologies and Institutional Services of the Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal del cantón Chone period 2020-2022. For the fulfillment of this objective, methodologies related to the proposed research methods were developed with the support of quali-quantitative evaluative techniques such as the interview and the evaluation models applied through Likert weights, the determination of the level of efficiency and execution of the administrative management was carried out through a percentage assessment scale with qualitative interpretation (Traffic lights). The results show inconsistencies such as lack of personnel, deficiencies in the planning, organization, direction and control of administrative management, poor customer perception in terms of reliability and security of services and poor responsiveness in customer service, in turn it was identified that the administrative management in the Technology and Institutional Services coordination’s is not satisfactory due to the inadequate execution of its processes and low perception of the quality of its services. If the inconsistencies detected were to continue, it would affect the proper performance of the coordination’s and their ability to meet their proposed objectives in annual planning, and would also affect the quality of service and the satisfaction of the needs of its users, which is why it is necessary to adopt the strategies set out in the improvement plan. |
