Zusammenfassung: | The present investigation was developed in the credit and savings cooperative Chone Ltda. In order to perform an evaluation of the performance of the competences that allow improving their productivity and competitiveness, that is why techniques such as interview and questionnaire were used, which contributed to describe the current situation of the cooperative and in turn identify which competencies need to be improved to contribute to the strengthening of the activities developed in the cooperative. The 360° evaluation model was used in order to know the performance of each competence from different perspectives, and the Excel tool was also used to represent, through graphics, the results obtained from the evaluation, which were derived from the questionnaire made to 88 employees; it should be noted that the development of this research was carried out in three phases that met the specific objectives of the study, as a result of which it was established that the competencies that need to be improved such as: teamwork, personal skills, client, assertive communication , communication and achievement orientation. The project included an analysis of the productivity and competitiveness, and the realization of an improvement plan through the matrix 5W + 1H, which facilitated to propose solutions to the problems encountered. |
