Ամփոփում: | Due to the pandemic caused by COVID-19, teleworking has become an indispensable method for people who hold a work position, this modality is characterized by the provision of the service without requiring the presence of the worker in a specific place and by the provision of the service through ICTs. The objective of this curricular integration work was to obtain a study of the workload in teleworking mode and its effect on the organizational commitment of the ESPAM MFL, year 2020; to fulfill this purpose, a research procedure was designed in which inductive, deductive and synthetic analytical methods were used, as well as bibliographic and field research techniques, several data collection instruments were also applied, such as the survey focused on 75 teachers, and an interview was conducted with the director of the human talent area and the directors of the Agroindustries careers, Environment, Public Administration and Business Administration, with this information it was possible to determine the factors that affect the workload, such as: time distribution, job dissatisfaction, stress, fatigue, adaptation to ICT, among others. In addition, the Mayer and Allen model revealed the impact and effect of organizational commitment, with 27.24% effective commitment, 18.89% continuity commitment and 25.15% normative commitment. Verifying, that despite the difficulties the commitment of those evaluated towards ESPAM MFL, is maintained, because they consider that the institution fulfills its obligations. |
