Резюме:The purpose of this research was to develop a sustainable tourism management model for La Segua, La Boca, Estuary of the Cojimíes river, La Esperanza and Corazon and Fragata Island, three phases were developed: the study area was delimited and characterized identifying socioeconomic and environmental aspects, highlighting that the economic income of the inhabitants comes from daily activities and tourism carried out in the wetlands; environmentally these ecosystems are threatened by the increase of shrimp farms in their surroundings. A tourism analysis was carried out in which the tourist offer was determined with each of them, the potential tourist was identified, this being a young university segment, in addition the management processes applied in the wetlands were known, determining that these do not count with an adequate management system generating weaknesses among them the ecosystems deterioration, limitations in basic services and scarce equipment and tourist facilities, an internal and external strategic analysis was carried out, tools such as interviews, surveys and matrices were applied. In the last phase of the research, a model of sustainable tourism management was designed, comprised of three structures (management, tourist facilities and tourist territories), the respective zoning of each of the wetlands was carried out, in which three areas of tourist use were identified , productive and public, sustainable and environmental recovery; the GPS and mapping were used, linking strategies, sustainability and tourist facilities were established in which activities are contemplated according to the needs.
