Yhteenveto:The aim of this research was to diagnose the organizational behavior of employees and the management level of the Registry of Property and trade in Canton Bolivar, proposing objectives such as: to diagnose the current situation of employees, to propose a working improvement plan and finally present it to the management and employees; in which the interview technique was applied as first to find and present the issue, then the survey technique was carried out, where organizational behavior indicators were extracted from a literature search, in order to propose alternatives for improvement, as a guide for the entity management, to promote a pleasant and motivating working environment for the employees, and thus increase their working performance. For this reason the employees placed the organizational behavior fairly favorable on the scale, on this regard the progress alternatives must be analyzed to place it on a favorable scale through the improvement proposal plan presented and socialized, which contains the goals, measures, actions, the people in charge to carry it out, and the deadline to accomplish and contribute to the satisfaction, safety and quality of working life.
