Summary:The study aimed to evaluate the effect of the application of nutritional complexes on inseminated at a fixed time anestrous Nelore cows on reproductive parameters. Fifty-four Nelore cows with calves at foot were divided into two groups: a control group (n=27) and a treatment group (n=27). The treatment group received commercial multivitamins via parenteral administration at the beginning of the protocol and on the day of removal of the Bovine Intravaginal Device. Statistical analysis was performed using the InfoStat V. 2020 statistical software, including t- tests, Chi-square tests, and Pearson correlation. An ovulation rate of 92.59% was obtained, comparable to rates reported in various studies on crossbred Zebu cows. Additionally, the results show that the synchronization protocol implemented was highly effective in terms of inducing and coordinating ovulation. There was no correlation between the size of the ovulatory follicle and the conception rate. Injectable nutritional supplementation combined with an inseminated at a fixed time (FTAI) protocol showed a trend towards increasing the conception rate in anestrous Nelore cows.
