Summary: | In this work the comparative study of two solar distillers for saline water is presented, which will be differentiated by internal variations of the same in order to see the differences in quality and quantity obtained. The results of the different prototypes were measured, which consisted of the incorporation of copper bars, aluminum foil, halogen fed of photovoltaic cells, while the other maintained the characteristics of a conventional distiller, these were made of a glass of 5 lines of thickness with dimensions of 1x0.80 m and a slope of 30 °; The saline water entered by gravity through watering hole that maintained the amount of water daily (30 liters), inside both distillers had a channel by which the evaporated water descended and finally it came out from a stopcock and then the respective daily samples were taken. These distillers were launched on San Clemente beach, taking into account that solar radiation has a higher incidence in the coastal zone (beaches) of Ecuador, during a week the respective chemical analyzes of the distilled water were carried out and Continued to correlate them by making the respective comparisons of both equipment together with the permissible limits according to Book VI Annex 1 TULSMA Water Resource Standards. |
