Investigative techniques were used, such as the interview with the director of the institution, who announced that an evaluation is carried out once a year; It also maintains that they use management indicators that determine Health for the preparation of the POA, which is evaluated quarterly by means of signs and is monitored under a matrix that includes four parameters: goal, time, expenditure by source and indicators. Finally, to counteract the problems encountered, strategies were created to improve the administrative management of the institution's public servants. |

Finally, to counteract the problems encountered, strategies were created to improve the administrative management of the institution's public servants.La presente investigación se realizó con el objetivo de evaluar la eficiencia y eficacia administrativa de los servidores públicos de la Dirección Distrital 13D06 Junín-Bolívar Salud para la mejora de su desempeño, se procedió a recopilar la información por medio de los métodos inductivo, deductivo y analítico en el cual se analizaron las teorías científicas que le da soporte teórico a la investigación, además ayudaron al desarrollo de las actividades donde se estudió el POA de la institución, que permitió conocer el grado de cumplimiento de los objetivos. Se utilizaron técnicas de investigación como la entrevista al director de la institución, quien dio a conocer que se realiza evaluación al personal una vez al año; también sostiene que utilizan indicadores de gestión determinantes a la Salud para la elaboración del POA, el mismo que lo evalúan trimestralmente por medio de señalizaciones y se lleva su seguimiento bajo una matriz que comprende cuatro parámetros: meta, tiempo, gasto por fuente e indicadores.
