要約:The objective of this study was to evaluate the Organizational Behavior variables, through the use of management indicators in the CECEPE Dairy Craft Workshop, which contributed to the identification of strengths and weaknesses in the organization to take advantage of opportunities for improvement and decision-making. The development process was structured in 5 methodological phases with their respective activities, in the first the characterization of the company was carried out, which through the instrument of the interview obtained information on the most representative aspects of the same; phase two corresponding to the determination of the team of experts allowed the identification of 9 specialists who systematically helped to select the most appropriate variables by valuing them in a range from 1-10 in the third phase; as well as the evaluation tools were designed. In phase four the basic elements for the organization, planning and programming of the project were established with the support of Microsoft Project, which showed that there is no variability with the start / end dates and days of duration, phase five consisted in the measurement of the ten variables selected through the workers' survey, interview to the manager and formulas applicable to those variables, allowing to find deficiencies in five of them (job satisfaction, rotation, motivation, work processes and performance), on which designed improvement actions through the 5w + 1h matrix.
