Riesgo psicosocial en la salud mental de docentes, administrativos y trabajadores de la ESPAM MFL por el COVID-19

The objective of this research was to determine the influence of the psychosocial risk factor on the mental health of the teachers, administrators and workers at ESPAM MFL against COVID-19, for this purpose an identification of the risks was carried out through a survey with direct questions , at the same time, the current regulations were reviewed to show the study on psychosocial risk and the coronavirus, showing that among the most important documents is the Mental Health strategic operationalization Protocol due to the COVID-19 emergency. In the identification of risks, the Psychological Demands and Active Work/Skills Development dimensions present a medium risk, while the Social Support in the company dimensions presented a medium risk for teachers and workers but low risk for administrative staff; the Compensation dimension presented a medium risk for teachers and administrators but a high risk for workers; finally, the Double presence dimension showed a high risk for teachers, but medium for administrative staff and workers. Subsequently, mental health was evaluated using a matrix rated under a Likert scale, obtaining a medium-level mental health risk for 45% of teachers, 40% of administrative staff, and 51% of workers; on the other hand, 69% of teachers, 71% of administrators and 53% of workers at ESPAM MFL state that self-care measures are effective in preventing COVID-19; finally, the minimum plan for psychosocial risks included preventive measures, a monitoring and control matrix, and benefits for those involved.
