Afegir etiqueta | Sumari: | This project was born with the idea of using an abundant matter in the Bolívar canton: cow's milk, which is not giving an added value, worsening the economy's ASOGABO partners. The proposal for the implementation of a pasteurizer plant of milk in this association is to pretend to give added value to the milk produced by the organization and indeed aims to increase their incomes, optimizing indirectly also the economy of the sector. Through this research was prepared a proposal for the implementation of an ASOGABO milk plant procesator, being the opportunity that have shareholders to reform its and Bolívar canton´s economy. In order to construct this proposal was necessary to make a commercial and technical study so the reality of the market could be known, especially the unsatisfied demand that exists and have to be filled up. Also was investigated all about pasteurizers and milk pasteurization processes to define the process, machinery and distribution of workers at the association plant; before was analyzed the feasible and the profitable of finances of ASOGABO partners. Finally, the socialization of this project whit farmers partners was successful because mostly felt optimistic and excited with this proposal. |
