Ամփոփում: | The purpose of this research was to establish management by labor competencies as a contribution to the effective performance of the human talent of the Company El Okaso S.A in the province of Manabí. For its development, a three-methodological phase was carried out: in the first point the initial situation of human talent management was diagnosed, with the use of an interview applied to the human talent analyst, a survey of all personnel, and an observation sheet at the farm's workplace; in addition, a SWOT matrix was carried out, analyzing the internal and external aspects that influence management, in order to evaluate them through the Cross-Impact Matrix. Subsequently, the specific aspects that allow structuring the management by competencies were determined, for this they prepared the dictionaries of organizational and specific competencies in a transversal way; also, the analysis and description of the jobs was required for the design of competency profiles, through the use of DACUM matrix and a technical sheet for the description. As a third phase, the proposal of the procedure that conforms the management by labor competences comprised of four important processes: recruitment and selection of personnel; formation and development; compensation system; and evaluation of performance, challenges and socialization with the contribution of the human talent analyst of the estate. |
