إضافة وسم | الملخص: | ESPAM MFL is an institution of higher education, which has a wide network infrastructure throughout the campus. In addition, it has contracted a link of 80 Megabytes for the internet service, distributed for all races and administrative areas, as well as some laboratories. This service has presented problems with its availability, due to the constant drops of the service in schedules where users access concurrently to the network. The present work of titling proposes a design of network management for the control and distribution of the traffic of the LAN of the institution, aimed at improving the performance of the services rendered in the intranet. The PPDIOO network design methodology was used for the development of the project, but since this thesis was a proposal, only its first three phases (Preparation, Planning and Design) were used. It was determined the preferred and acceptable speed for each network service, based on the ETSI standard EG 202 057-4, in addition it was estimated the maximum traffic and the creation of VLANs for each one of the races. Knowing the actual traffic of the network allows the correct allocation of the bandwidth for each segment, covering the needs of the services for all connected users. |
