Izvleček: | ABSTRACT This research evaluated the performance of the probiotic Lactobacillus plantarum in Litopenaeus vannamei shrimp throughout its developmental stage. When the effect of probiotic on shrimp growing was evaluated. Two treatments were proposed: T1 (with probiotic) T2 (without probiotic). It was used 10,000 Nauplius distributed in two treatments in which one was added probiotic that started with the dose of 10mL up to 50mL this dose was gradually raised every 15 days and were dissolved in 1000mL of distilled water. Data were evaluated through descriptive and comparative research among homogeneous groups. The variables under study were: For T1 (with probiotic) gain of weight 1.41g, for length 8.04cm, feed conversion 0.88 and mortality rate was 10%. While for T2 (without probiotic) the weight gain 1.37g, for length 7.04cm, feed conversion 0.91 and the mortality rate was 40%. Next we will find the abiotic parameters of the water for the respective treatments as: T1 dissolved oxygen (OD) 5.73mg / lt, temperature in ° C 29,9 and pH 7,32 and for T2 OD 5,22mg / lt, temperature in ° C 29.2 and pH 6.50. The parameters of the microbiological analysis of the water allowed to see a higher quality of the water for T1 in which the presence of the probiotic evidenced that it helps to the decomposition of the sediment. It is concluded that the present research is an alternative variable in the production of shrimp Litopenaeus vannamei, the same that makes the use of probiotic Lactobacillus plantarum economically feasible. |
