In conclusion, in the Parochial Decentralized Autonomous Governments of Ricaurte and Canuto, the BPMN model for the preparation of the flowcharts of the processes that are systematized is unknown, which correspond to those established by the general regulations, given that these do not have internal regulations. for their realization.La investigación se orientó en la mejora de los flujos y el diseño de las matrices documentales de los procesos para los GADs parroquiales rurales de Chone, Ricaurte y Canuto, para el alcance de los objetivos se emplearon tres fases que son consecuentes a cada objetivo específico: En primer lugar se realizó el análisis de las bases legales y reglamentarias correspondientes a los procesos documentales, lo que permitió evidenciar las normas a las que se rigen los GAD, que son las generales ya que no cuentan con normas propias, así como las determinaciones de los procesos, en una segunda instancia se realizó la reformulación de los flujos, donde fue necesario identificar los diagramas de flujo establecidos y encontrar las falencias respectivas con base en la normativa, para ello se realizaron mejoras a través del modelamiento BPMN (Business Process Modeling and Notation), en tercer lugar, se dio el respectivo diseño de las matrices documentales para sustentar los flujos ejecutados. Los resultados muestran la falta de normativa interna.
