添加標簽 | 總結: | The objective of the research is to design a proposal for portfolio of services in the International Airport Eloy Alfaro of blanket to improve of air traffic of passengers and cargo; since it maintains a limited supply of complementary services both in the side air (for the backing of the aircraft) as on the land side (facilities for the passenger). An interview was applied to the administrator of the airport, an observation sheet to know about the services that provide the air terminals of Manta, Quito and Guayaquil, the adaptation of the FODA matrix and the implementation of surveys addressed to users of the airport of Manta. The results obtained showed that in recent years the air terminal has maintained a home path that transports passengers to the city of Quito by business, and one international route to the city of Barcelona-Venezuela by tourism or visit relatives; several of them expressed their disagreement with the delayed flights, absence of services such as shops and showed willingness to travel to other destinations. Like contribution to the study was established a set of strategies to boost demand for passengers and the development of cargo service, getting a proposal of portfolio based on the model that raises the AENA (Spanish Airports and Air Navigation). |
