He methodological design consists of 3 phases which were raised through the result of the author's analysis of the winning methodology, which Formulation of tourism development plans in rural territories of Latin America - IICA (2014). Tools such as surveys, interviews, bibliographical analyzes and field trips were used. Through tourism diagnostic cards, the social, environmental and cultural characteristics of the area were identified, as well as a market study that allowed us to know the capacity and trends of tourists as well as their needs in the environment.In the second phase, the structural guidelines of the tourism development plan were established, an analysis of the experts' criteria was made for the structure of the sustainable management plan proposa. |
